About the Role

The Wildlife Sales Consultant (WSC) conducts in-home assessments to investigate how wildlife is getting in, what species they are, what damage they have done, and how to resolve the issue. The WSC will meet with 3-5 prospective clients per day around Orange, Durham and Chatham counties. They will investigate and document their findings, educate clients and themselves about wildlife and our solutions, prepare estimates, close business and manage their opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and integrity
• Artful Time Management Skills: Efficient, Organized and strong manager of your time and schedule.
• Sales experience including in-home consultations
• Detective mind-set, problem solving skills, strong observation skills
• Fearlessness when exploring attics, crawl spaces, and roofs (on occasion, where simply and safely accessible)
• Background in and understanding of wildlife behavior preferred, but not required for eager, motivated individuals
• Appreciation, respect and embodiment of our mission and values.
• Go-getter, motivated

Job Requirements

• Must have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 20 pounds or more in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to inspect attics, crawl spaces and roofs
• Required to use ladders up to 24 feet.
• Proficient with smart-phone, laptops, and software to generate estimates and contracts and explain services to clients
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
• Commitment to share and uphold the company’s no-harm philosophy with clients
